The quote is established based on the estimated working time and necessary materials. It remains valid until the end of the complete ordering process.
Creation begins only once you have accepted it in writing and the deposit has been paid. As long as the deposit is not paid, you can still cancel without any consequences.

I send you photos at major stages for validation, and I share the result on social media and my site only if you give me your consent. Once you receive your creation, a small review is always welcome.
I use recycled or eco-friendly materials as much as possible.
If you need hypoallergenic materials or items suitable for children, just let me know. Without a specific request, I use standard materials.
You can request gift wrapping or add a personalized message if you wish to offer the creation.
It is also possible to gift an amount dedicated to a future creation.
